    Hi.

    Our website has been hacked and I managed to recover. The problem now is all the links have been changed from orange to blue. I checked the css files and they seem to be okay.

    HOw could I possibly return the orange color?

    Thanks in advance.

    Dennis

    See if you can find the link colors in your CSS files. Here is the color you are trying to find:

    a:link, a:visited {

    color: #1B57B1; text-decoration: none;

    font-weight: normal;

    The #1B57B1 is the link color that your site is currently showing. You should be able to change those numbers to the color you desire.

    Thanks. I will check again. Yesterday, I saw the template CSS are intact. Even when I change the theme to green or other colors, those links remain blue. Such a huge headache. 🙁

    jwell thanks for the help and concern

    to make things easier, i applied the backup (only the template part)from previous weeks and it solved the problem. i think something has been modified aside from the index.php

    problem solved!

    always turn on .htaccess and upgrade to the latest Joomla. also, don’t use poor extension like expose.
    upgrading to the latest joomlart template is okay but it will give you a huge headache (based on experience)
    goodluck!
