There are really two problems I can’t solve yet.
&Itemid=1
Should all the links generated within the 4 sections after the Headline area have “…&Itemid=1” at the end?
I’ve found that every link has it and when I click on one of the links, the entire Ja_news module shows at the bottom of that article. But I only have the Ja_news set to show on the front page and that’s the only place where I want it.
When i test the links by manually taking off the “&Itemid=1″ in the address bar, everything works fine.
Even when I turn on search engine friendly urls, every url generated in Ja_news has the ” /1/ ” after it.How do I solve this one?
Blurry text in IE
I’m having that ‘blurry text’ problem. The Headline text shows perfectly in Firefox, but it’s all blurry in IE. See the screenshot:instantinlaw Friendinstantinlaw

June 22, 2007 at 10:56 am #222588Hi I can’t help with the first question, but try not formating the content with <h1> etc. Use bold instead, or try another <h> size to clean up the blurry text.
Good luck. 🙂June 30, 2007 at 1:42 am #222998Thanks 😀
Also just to follow up for those who are looking for answer: this is not a theme problem but a joomla problem.
To fix the problem, you can edit the theme’s index.php file:

July 2, 2007 at 8:14 pm #223202Ja news pulls the text from your content items. Check the items posted to the front page to see if they are formatted.
July 24, 2007 at 12:23 am #224953Nope. I don’t have any <h1> formatting in the content items at all. This is still a problem that I haven not be able to fix

July 24, 2007 at 12:39 am #224959Like I told someone earlier, it’s not really a live site yet. I’m working on it for an organization.
