I bought both Vik rent car component and JA rent template and I try to display my cars list here: http://carrentalextreme.com/site/en/choose-cars/cars-list.html as the cars list here: http://ja-rent.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/choose-cars/cars-list and the car detail view here: http://carrentalextreme.com/site/en/choose-cars.html?view=cardetails&carid=13 as the car detail of your demo site here: http://ja-rent.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/choose-cars/cars-list?view=cardetails&carid=10

1. I see that the description goes over the car image.
2. I don’t see the buttons for boxed view or list view.
3. The layout is pretty different.

The problem lies on the template, the component or the fact that the demo has a different version of the component (previous one) and things are not working as they supposed to. You might also see a problem which I don’t see right now….

Please correct ASAP. I am sending login info.

Hi

We have override for com_vikrentcar in template directory: ROOT/templates/ja_rent/html/com_vikrentcar

But it seems that you disabled this override, is that correct?

If yes, pls enable it again and select Theme ‘ja_rent’ in Layout Configuration in backend settings of this component.

Sorry guys…. I forgot that we disabled this when the guy from viki rent car component advise me to do so since there were problems with the sample data….
