hi i installed ja kyanite 2 with number of components and one of them is list bingo most of it works fine but on listing page it doesn’t load java script properly i asked listbingo support n they said its a template problem

as you click on change city a shdow box appears but it dosent load the content properly in firefox and in ie it just keeps loading

You can disable (choose NO) Optimize JS option from the template manager and check if everything is OK….
sorry.. im not too familiar with css. how do i disable javascript optimization?

You don’t have to know CSS or any code system, as I wrote in my reply, you must go to Template Manager from the Joomla back-end. You can see under Global tab, at the very bottom of the page, Optimize JS option, you can choose No
