    I recently joined, and I realize that this company is in the business of selling templates. However, as a business owner and consumer, I must say – being asked every few minutes if “I need assistance” and then told “we are here to help” are terrible marketing strategies. To make it just a tad bit more annoying, the beep is not a nice touch, according to my wife laying next to me.

    Many thanks for your response. We have just switched from old live chat system to Zopim. We still need to figure out a little bit more to make it stable for official launch. For the time being, we will have it re-configured to avoid pop-up on every page load.
