Is anyone using a ‘Live Support’ module on their site? If so – can you offer any recommendations?

    Thanks.

    Hi kroche

Best check out the live support extensions here:

Read a few reviews and grab a couple to test!

    Hello,

Yup i second Livezilla. It is amazing. The setup is not that difficult to understand, but it is a very very complex system. Even giving you the location of the person on a google map that you are talking to with.

And it is a very old extension, so its very well setup. and its HTML code can easily integrate with a Joomla site.

    Mihir.
