March 6, 2017 at 1:28 am #1015439Hi
Can u check the site extension and the error you are getting on your local site?
If the site is working fine on the live server, Either there is something wrong in your backup of its some of the issues of the local server.
It would be best if you can make it live because on the local server it’s hard to assume the issue.rocher Friendrocher

March 6, 2017 at 1:35 am #1015448Thanks Pankaj, there are no errors displayed, it just doesn’t Load More articles. I will check another local install I have today that uses your default data. If that works, then I’ll probably have to wait until I’m ready to upload the dev website to live before fixing the Load More problem.

March 6, 2017 at 10:15 am #1015639Hi Pankaj, I proved Load More works on the other local (MAMP) install with your default data. I’m now looking through the Menu/Module/Category settings to see if I can find anything different between the two environments. (I’ve also ensured Joomla and extensions are updated to the same releases in both environments.) Will let you know how I get on tomorrow.
Regards, Robertf

No problem, yes the package is fine, it may be some issue on your local server.rocher Friendrocher

March 7, 2017 at 1:36 am #1015804Thanks Pankaj, but I don’t think it’s the local server because Load More works on the dev website with your default data installed, it just doesn’t work on the dev website with my data/catagories installed. Both dev websites are on the same local server, so it’s got to be a setting in the 2nd website. I’ll keep looking for a short while today and if I don’t find a solution, I’ll put it on hold until I’ve uploaded the website to the live, online server.
Regards, Robertf

May 9, 2017 at 12:14 pm #1032438Hi,
I’ve finally moved the development website into a "live" environment, mainly because there were several parts of the functionality (like the email notification) that I couldn’t test in a local dev environment.
Unfortunately, the Load More functionality is still not working – you can see an example on this page:
http://www.tallandtrue.com.au/nonfiction
Will you need an admin login to check the backend files?

May 11, 2017 at 2:40 am #1033067Thanks, Pankaj. Just to let you know it was happening before I updated Joomla to 3.7. And, it doesn’t happen on a test website with JA demo data:
http://testing.robertfairhead.com/world
I hope this helps narrow the search for the bug.
