if you had custom work in the template CSS file or T3, updating template and T3 will override them.
If you can share the URL of test site on which you applied updates and style issue, I can compare them to see the changes.Kindly share the details in private reply.

I Applied some changes in file Editing file "/html/layouts/joomla/content/item/default.php" in template "ja_charity".
Please check the article page now the module is also showing.Regards
