local/images template setting override does not work:

images in local/images directory are are not picked up.

Hi

Images is special element, not the same like css/less/tpls (template/layout file) because, the path to specific image is declared directly in css/less file (or in configuration of extension) so if images don’t exist in defined path, it can’t display.

Hope this makes senses.

You can place the logo there and in the template manager, you can browse to that logo image in option field for logo.
