Hi I have done a clean install of latest component and there seems to be an error.
The locations are not displaying on the front end for view jobs.
works prefect in view resume.

the map is working its the location names beside cat on the job view.
I have the field set to show all on front end

No the location field does not work. see image.
and only in view jobs list. works in resume.

Did you change this field in Job Form ? Please look http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Job_Board_2.5/Administration#Forms_customization and make sure that the location file is multiple select type and display mode is show all on front end

the only change i made was the order. its still multi select and still referenced, and set to show all on front end

This is a strange issue. Did you do any modifications?
