Hello,

This question regards JA pure site,

1. I want to control the site through login/user page.

In home page two buttons are their, SEE OUR PORTFOLIO and POST A BLOG NOW, When clicks on that i want to block for reg.users.

You can set Registered permission for those buttons as in this screenshot:

This is Breadcrumbs module, you can disable it via Module Manager (back-end), see the screenshot:
