You can see Login and Register menu items on top right, with cool icons. I want to know how to configure these.

It’s our T3 Blank template: http://demo.t3-framework.org/joomla30/index.php/en/

But in that T3 page, we customize the header of this template to add Login and Register module there (it will require JS code and additional style).

I do not want JS code for login box.

I just need links for login and register page on my website.

I think it is in module position: head-login

So I guess I need to add some piece of code in header.php in tmpls/blocks folder.

But I don’t know what to add :((:((:((

That part belongs to header block, you can open the file: templatespurity_iiitplsblocksheader.php and add your custom code there.

Try to open header block of your site and include module you want into it: http://docs.joomla.org/JDocumentHTML/countModules and provide additional style for that module.
