More and more problems with my project, yesterday I did the Joomla update from 1.56 to 1.57 and this did not solve the one problem with the missing menu for global content settings in the global site configuration.
But this message after trying to login with a user name:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: stripos() in /homepages/32/d184786125/htdocs/desktop_enterprise/libraries/joomla/environment/uri.php on line 675

Do you have back up? And do you have any error in joomla 1.5.6 ?

please download newest package quickstart with joomla 1.5.7 and try again

Changes startet with Version 1.55 to 1.56 then i put Menu items, Content areas and Content articles, configuration Virtuemart Shop. When I install new Quickstart, I think I will loose my 3 days work?
