RTL website is on locked/maintenance mode.
The username and password fields are longer than the log in window. on mobile devices.

Adding this code had no effect. the login fields are still too wide for the offline log in screen.

My test was on my iphone 6s and as you can see from the screenshot its not working =/ . I also tested this using a samsung and I get the same broken result.

you also get the same broken result if you squeeze google chrome window to the minimum width.
