Can I get login form at top above search. If yes can you guide me how to do it.

You can place the login module in two places: ja-cpanel or in user 4.

If your cpanel (the customise your homepage thing with the changing colour schemes) has been removed, you can place it there. If not, you can still set it to to ja-cpanel and change the order to just below the cpanel. Otherwise, place it in user 4 and change the order to above the search bar.
