Hi alexreska,

Halloween package includes JATC standard membership, which has JA Builder Pro access included. So you can use JA Builder Pro now.
Product or feature wise there is no difference between JA Builder Pro & Premium. Both enalble full features of JA Builder.

Also you do not need to resgister domain name. You can use JA Builder on any site you want.
