I apologize if this is in the wrong place. I honestly looked for the Villadi Forum and didn’t see it.

My login doesn’t work on the front end. Users should be redirected to the homepage and they are not. As Super Admin I should, too and be able to edit articles on the frontend when logged in but the login isn’t working.

Help please? And feel free to move this where it should be.

Non-JA issue. I had uninstalled a component (AUser) but not it’s plugin and it created several issues including MYSQL jos_users vist etc. Uninstalling the plugin solved the problem.

I wish to thank JA Support for looking into it for me, giving me direction although they were unable to solve it. The solution was found at Joomlacode.org in the Forum.

Try to upload another log-in module from a newer template…keep a backup copy of your old one.
You may need to submit a suport ticket for the team to go into your admin and take a closer look.

Okay, I’ll do that. Thank you. Will it matter the Joomla version? I’m using 1.5.6 on that site, currently.
Also, I get the weirdest error message signing the backend:
400 – An error has occurred.

Table ‘xxxxx_xxxx.jos_users_visit’ doesn’t exist SQL=INSERT INTO jos_users_visit VALUES ( 62 , 1 , 0, 0, ADDDATE(“2009-04-21 21:33:30”, 60))

Finally: To impose on you please? I have two open problems: JA Cooper and JA Nagya Forums. Will you take a look to see if you can solve those issues, too?

I tried the new login mod and no changes. I’ll submit a support ticket.
