I installed builder successfully, then tried to load a page. It said "paid members only" and I found a login screen. I logged in, it said successful, redirecting.

Then it took me back to the same login screen.

Help please.

Same here. No matter what i did, unable to login and load member blocks after a succesfull installation…

Yesterday, I got in on Safari/Mac. (The problem occurred on Chrome/PC.)

It did use the last of my three sites on the $70 plan. Which I didn’t want to do – just checking it out.

So if you don’t have an unused site, that may be the problem.

Hi guys,

I just tried to have new Joomla installation >> Install JA Page Builder (latest version) > Create a new page via Backend > Builder > Edit

When I click login link (on the top left corner), a login form appears and put my own JoomlArt account, then a link appear to connect current site to my own account that I logged in: http://prnt.sc/em3enu

And it works.

Could you please clear all browser’s cache & cookies first and try to login again?
