    There’s a problem logging in with Safari /Explorer using
    Template = Ja_nex

    I don’t know if it’s a CSS problem or browser problem.
    I’ve been checking logs but nothing interesting / relevant shown.

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Paul,

    If you are using the older JA Nex template running on our JAT3v2 framework, you can try to optimize the loading .css files by going to Template Manager >> JA_Nex- Default >> Global tab >> Css & Javascript Compress, Then select Join & Minify & Compress in Optimize CSS. Save and clear JAT3 cache.

    Done but it doesn’t work.

    My site is built with:

    – JA_Nex 2.5.7
    – Joomla 3.1.1 Stable

    At the front-end i can log-in as admin and normal user with Chrome and Firefox without any issues but, when i try to log-in with IE or Safari, the log-in doesn’t works and refresh the log-in form.

    Need some help plz

    Hi icavor,

    It will be great if you can send me PM with your website’s credentials ? I will be happy to check and try to correct this issue for you.
