I must be doing something wrong… but for some reason the login form or the rpx do not show up on my ja voice main page.

Hi livinggreenli,

Please go Admin->JA Voice->Settings->General setting>>turn on both parameters
1. Show a login form?
2. Integrate JA RPXnow ?

You shall see login form and JA RPX now

Hi there

Thanks for patience. Please check LivingGreenli.com now as the issue with RPX has been fixed.

The cause is partly because you have not installed plugin JA RPX. We have installed this on your site now.
After installation, go to backend to config for this plugin:
http://www.livinggreenli.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_plugins&view=plugin&client=site&task=edit&cid[]=53
config the below two parameters:
– Rpx Application
– Rpx ApiKey
To retrieve these para, you need to register account on RPX
