Hi,

For the footer, you can select the text block and duplicate it, the same block will appear and you can change the content type that you wish to use: image / text / etc…

With the logo in header block, I’m afraid that there is not option to add that kind of text at this moment. I’ll pass to the team for further discussion on this feature. In the mean time, if you really want to have this, you can do the same steps as for the footer I just mentioned. Just duplicate the menu navigation and change to the text content type and add your own header text there.
