Hi uberblok !
for change logo and text in galena template you must edit logo.png file in templates/ja_galena/images folder .
You open template.css file in templates/ja_galena/css folder , find following code section at about line 776 :


h1.logo a {
background:transparent url(../images/logo.png) no-repeat scroll 0% 0%;
display:block;
height:70px;
left:30px;
position:absolute;
top:15px;
width:240px;
}


red text is code for load logo image.
