    well

    you must have a file logo.png in your /templates/ja_graphite/images for the default layout

    you must have a file logo.png for every theme folder. for example if you choose the green layout then put your logo.png in /templates/ja_graphite/core/themes/green/images.

    I know it’s not really any of my business, but next time you should maybe just replace the original logo.png with your own logo.png

    This will save the extra hassle of changing to a different file format (.jpg). There is no real advantage to using a jpg. You’ll actually lose transparency which looks ghastly if the template background has a pattern or gradient.

    In photoshop, ‘save for web’ and choose png 24
