March 28, 2011 at 10:16 am #383639It does depend on how big you want your logo. If it is too big for the area available we may need to adjust ather parts of the template to make room but if you edit the pars I have highlighted in red below you will be able to increase the size of the current box.
Template.css around line 546
h1.logo {
height: 57px;
margin-top: 40px;
width: 222px;}
h1.logo a {
background: url("../images/logo.png") no-repeat scroll left top transparent;
display: block;
height: 57px;
width: 222px;}

March 28, 2011 at 3:55 pm #383679I had made changes to the logo dimensions on my site as well – setting up the local folder with the files (custom changes to the css and the logo.png) were no problem but on the iPhone the logo dimensions are still too small and my logo gets cut off… How do I change the logo dimensions for the iphone (and probably for other handhelds as well although I can’t test those right now)?

March 28, 2011 at 4:09 pm #383683Look in templates>ja_teline_iv>css>ipoonh (or /handheld) for the same code in the template.css files you will find in those folders. For those layouts you could even specify a different logo that may better fit the iphone or handheld layout.

March 29, 2011 at 7:57 am #383755Thanks Phill, that certainly helps – but is there also a chance of doing it similar to the “local” files? Withe the “local” folder in the template folder I have all my custom changes in one place so far. If I make the changes in “templates>ja_teline_iv>css>iphone” won’t they be overwritten when an update for the template comes out?

Dear turbonium412,
of course if you have assigned to a local theme then you can also make changes on the local theme css files,eg:
templates>>ja_teline_iv>>local>>themes>>blue-color>>css>>iphone >>template.css1 user says Thank You to Sherlock for this useful post
