the logo height is more than the container height of header in your screenshot.
Can u give me the device name in which you are facing this issue because when u check the site it looks fine in small devices : http://prntscr.com/e6dlng

The issue only occurs when I’m resizing it on Chrome dev.

So I assume it might have
Prolly not that important than.
