I created a new logo.

Old height was 85px
New height is 123px

Edited the following css

#ja-header {
padding: 0;
border-bottom: 1px solid #000000;
line-height: normal;
text-align: left;
position: relative;
height: 123px;
z-index: 2;

all my logo is not seen, the origional logo seems to be an animated gif, would this be affecting..

have you use same logo image name ? I have to overwrite old logo image. It’s best if you post link of your site
