I have changed the logo, but it is not shown completely. Could anyone help me about how to change the template.css?? My logo is 200×53 px.

make a custom.css file within the css folder and add this code

.logo-image {width: 205px;
height: 55px;
}

.logo-image a {
width: 210px;
height: 53px;
}
