You can change the logo link from JA Uber template options > Theme > Logo link > specific.

You can create hidden menu type > External link type and use the same method to link logo.

Open
file "/tpls/blocks/header.php" in template "uber".
Find

<a href="<?php echo $logourl ?>" title="<?php echo strip_tags($sitename) ?>">

Replace it with

<a href="https://joomlart.com">

change the URL with your site URL in above code.
