I need to download the logo in the menu and move it a little more to the right.
Also change the color of the menu letters.

Hi
To customise the header and top bar. You have to custom work in the header.php file.
To remove the top block from the site you can open template folder /tpls/blocks/default.php and no sidebar.php
Remove this code
```
<?php $this->loadBlock('top-bar') ?>
```
save and check.
