I’m new to using Joomla templates so I’m not 100% sure how this is supposed to work. Firstly I downloaded all the source files looking in particular for the PSD file for the logo_fresh.jpg file used as the page logo in JA Utahia II but it was not present in the zip file. Is this file available?

Secondly is it possible and allowed to modify this logo? I would like to change the text displayed in the logo. If it’s allowed can someone give me some idea of how to change the text but keep the rest of the logo.

There are 2 options for you on this. 🙂

1: Make a request in the “logo change request forum”
2: Use Photoshop to make the necessary changes to the psd file yourself and then save as jpg and switch with the current one. 🙂

Forgot to mention that yes, you can make changes to the logo as you please. Or even replace or do whatever you want with it!
The logo is included in the zip file, however, it is most likely not named: “logo_fresh” but perhaps only logo or something and then you would have to find the appropriate layer in the psd file to modify. 🙂 ( all the color variations and different layers are all in one file, so you need to find the correct layer to modify.

it’s supposed to be available but was left out of the last update when I asked I was told ‘not to worry about it’? so I made it myself I have the full psds r pngs including the fresh folder contents PM me

Thanks for the very prompt response. I’ve tried to modify it myself using Paint Shop Pro as that is all I have, but the results are not very good. I’ve posted a request in the forum you suggested.

Thanks for the response, I’ve asked if someone can make a change for me as I only have Paint Shop Pro. Hopefully someone can help me out.

Can someone tell me where the source files for Utahia 2 are? I can’t find the logo anywhere either. I want to download it with the rest of the files as they are sold that way. Not as making requests in forums for something we should already have. Is this the case? Is it not available to download? Is the Utahia 2 source ready to download or not? If I am misssing something please let me know, if not, then I consider this a major issue since it’s wasting my time.

Thanks for the reply Peter but they are not there. No logo and other files and fonts are not available as well. I don’t think we have to track them down. They need to be in the members download area. I don’t have time to track down items that are not where they should be.

They are clearly there. The first file you can download there is:
JA Utahia II Source Files – (PSD, FONT…)

Here all fonts and logos are included. File is 5,9mb in size and includes the following folders:
PSD
FONTS
ICONMENU

I am not sure if you are just joking or if something else is wrong with your computer or something. I just downloaded the files this very moment. In the PSD folder you can find 17 PSD files…….

The fonts are known as a few are licensed fonts and can’t be given aaway find some substitute on the net and replace it

The logos are there and definitely utahia II I’ve just downloaded them and checked
your probably not opening the right psd

i have been trying to modify my logos in utahia and utahiaii, but to no avail. :-[ could anyone tell (or help) me how to improve these logos of our site:

http://www.ibon.be (white space below the logo)
http://www.ibon.be/edm (white space as background of the logo)

another problem is the navigation menu (i set it on #3 (transmenu) and it’s not working.
