You should add max height to 72px and not 356px

Then the logo is too small. I want a bigger logo and it should not overflow to the slideshow

You cannot have a bigger logo on a predefined header position – if you want it bigger then enlarge the header to allow more vertical space for logo

to enlarge header add this to your custom.css

.uber-header.header-4 {
height:add more then 100 px value !important;
}
