HI I have made the changes to template.css file (changed the logo size). after saving the file the changes were applied to the default theme (blue template). When I changed the theme to grey in CPANEL I did not see any change in the logo size.

Strangely all the changes were applied properly to all themes except grey. Did not understand why?
    please help me out.

    2) And please help me on how to set a (unique)specific theme for everybody, In other words, whoever opens my website I want all of them to see green theme and the specified width of the template (assigned in the admin backend 1200px). no matter what browser they are using., I want the theme color and width to be unique for everybody.

    Please help.

    Hi,
To solve problem 2, you login backend–>Goto Extensions–>Template Manager–>Profile tab.
    – Choose green-color profile (below Profile tab). Set Specified width is 1200px
    – Set Theme Settings is green-color (Advanced Settings section)
Problem 1: I need your website url

Problem 1 was almost certainly a cache problem. You need to clear your browsers cache, the JAT3 cache and the normal Joomla caches. On rare occasions your server may even have a cache of its own causing even more of a headache.
