    I have pointed the css script to my new logo and still nothing shows up in the left of the header. I have had one person try to solve this for me and he says he can see the logo on his page but I can not see it on my computer, my laptop or my mobile phone. It seems like this should be relatively easy, but apparently not for me.

    My logo is in the top level of images (media folder).

    Here is my script… What am I doing wrong?

    I am available for PM too.

    HELP!! I have been wresting with this over a week now. Site launch is scheduled soon.

    /* Logo Image —*/
    h1.logo { height: 57px; margin-top: 40px; width: 187px; }

    h1.logo a {
    background: url(../images/newlogo.gif)no-repeat left top!important;

    display: block;
    height: 57px;
    width: 187px;
    }

    h1.logo a:hover, h1.logo a:focus { background-position: left bottom; }

    /* Logo Text —*/
    div.logo-text { margin-top: 40px; }

    div.logo-text h1 { letter-spacing: 2px; margin-left: 2px; }

    div.logo-text h1 a { color: #000; text-decoration: none; }

    p.site-slogan {
    background-image: url(../images/newlogo.gif);
    color: #999;
    display: block;
    font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
    font-size: 85%;
    line-height: 1;
    margin: 3px 0 0;
    padding: 0;
    text-align: center;
    text-transform: uppercase;
    }

    I’m looking a bit further into this for you.

    Tom

    Thank you, that post is where I got the information to try this. Thanks it was helpful. Only a couple of things. Since I am working from a remote server, and not locally I have these problems…

    1. Create your own custom logo. Name it and upload it to your templates/ja_template_name/images folder

    No access to the templates folder only uploading directly into /images

    2. Open your templates/ja_template_name/css/template.css folder and find the following lines:

    I have access through the admin interface that allows me to go to Extensions/Template Manager/Templates//editcss/template.css

    Thanks

    Hi sbbrit,

    1. You can upload new-logo in to images/stories/new-logo.png folder.

    2. After that you edit the template.css file.

    h1.logo a {
    background: url([yourdomain]images/stories/newlogo.gif)no-repeat left top!important;

    display: block;
    height: 57px;
    width: 187px;
    }

    I hope it done. 🙂

    The T3 logo and the JA Teline logo still appear sometimes in other browsers. I looked in the media manager and did not find that those logos even still existed. Could they be hiding in another place?

    It is Internet Explorer that is showing the T3 Framework logo. I have found it on two different computers.

    Alabama Political Reporter logo shows up fine in Firefox on multiple computers.
