1. Yes the ticket system hides valuable information from the forum thus possible repeats of the same questions
2. NO DO NOT DO THIS – I AM WARNING YOU THAT EVERYONE WILL JUST TORRENT YOUR TEMPLATES WITHOUT COPYRIGHTS!!!!!
3. Yes $100 is fair enough, anything below this and it’s an insult to you and your team. You guys need the extra money to hire more forum moderators and template designers. You can always put the renewal discount on the $100 to keep others happy.

Please heed my advice for the copyright, I signed up to Joomlart because it’s exclusive and once you remove copyright for free then everyone running Joomla will be getting a free copy of your templates from torrent sites without any copyright.

This would actually lead me to possibly cancel my membership, if everyone uses the templates for free then you lose exclusivity and you WILL lose customers because they’ll just download your templates for free from dodgy sites. This is my warning, please listen to me on the copyright.

Should the ticket system be closed? yes
I think the support in the forum is ok and if the ticket support closed the support team have only one plattform to manage. If the ticket system closed the forum support must improved. With winning capacities is see in the case no problems. In this solution benefit all users from the support for any man. If users don?t want that all forums users see the threat he can use a hide option and only the support team can read it. I think in this solution benefit Joomlart and the users in the same time.

Should copyright be free? no

Should you raise prices? no
