I’m using Teline II and I’ve a question.

In Front Page the articles links have very long titles… the whole article(!). Is it possible to have them shorter? I thing that Google would appreciate….

Hi aljul;

Please provide a link to your site, and what version of Joomla (1.0x or 1.5x) do you use.

You mean the URL for each article?

Yes, there is a fix to that. You have to make sure that you changed

htaccess.txt => .htaccess

note the dot before h. You need FTP to access the files of your site.

Then, if you login as Administrator

Administrator => => go to Global configuration

and find where it says:

SEO Settings

Click Yes in the one that SEF URLs
