Hi, I am working on a site for the optimist club and they would like a page to feature their guest speakers.

They would like the page to list all of their upcoming speakers – the date of their talk, a short bio on each speaker, a small photo, email address. each page could be like a calendar of the upcoming speakers… so it would have as many speakers per page as possible.

Does anyone have a suggestion of what extension i may be able to utilize to accomplish this?

If the google calendar would only let me insert a photo… that would work.

I am wondering if I can utilize an announcement component, or perhaps even a picasa component where one of the officers could upload a photo and enter a caption which included the date, and other bio info. would be nice if it was very easy to add upcoming speakers.

But more interested in someone else’s suggestion… since mine may stink.

Eventlist is a good component and if you install the Module eventlistcal15q you can place a calendar that links to the specific dates of the events.
