Could someone please describe steps I need to do to replace the slideshow module in Medicare with ACM similar to JA Mood (one image with an introductory text and a video link) please.

I installed ACM, there was no HERO option, I then installed JA Mood template, the Hero option was there but activating ACM module resulted in an error.

My aim is an introductory text and pops up the video on the image. Anyway else this could be achieved?

JA ACM module is totally different as comparing the slideshow used in JA Medicare template.
If you want to import the acm module in this template, this tutorial will help you.
