I have lost my blue-orange profile which I was using for my website: http://pbizr.org.

All the others are available and working.

How can I restore the blue-orange profile?

Thanks!

You login backend > extensions > template manager > ja_community_plus > Themes > Upload Package File section, choose file and install it

1. blue-orange.zip

Did as instructed, but did not work. Can see the blue-orange option, but it will not display in my website.

All the others work, however.

Another idea?

You try another way:
– You create a new folder: /opt/lampp/htdocs/communityplus17/templates/ja_community_plus/core/themes/blue-orange
– And extract my file to it.

I am confused about this part: /opt/lampp/htdocs/

Where is that path?

Do I do this using my C-Panel?

I’m sorry about that. There is my mistake. The path I gave you is absolute path on my localhost. Right path is: /templates/ja_community_plus/core/themes/blue-orange

The problem persists. On my local computer, I cannot display the blue-orange profile, so I changed to the light blue one to display. However, on test computers, part of the blue-orange profile is displayed, but not the light blue.
Site: http://pbizr.org Please look at the site when clicking “View Site” and then look at it by simply bringing up the URL. (Access sent in separate e-mail) Two different profiles are displayed. If I could get the light blue one to work on all computers, I would be happy.
Thanks!

Hi
There are some instruction and you can follow up / clearly root of issue:

- Location of profile files: In this directory you can see listing of profile files.

templates/ja_community_plus/core/etc/profiles/
Profile is a “package” of configurations.

– Location of themes: In this directories is list of sub dirs. Each dir is a theme

templates/ja_community_plus/core/themes/blue-orange/
If you missed any themes here. You can get it from our template package or quickstart package and re-upload it into your website via FTP ( or template backend as @khoand already told you ).

– At backend to apply theme you can by Theme Settings under “Advanced Settings” of Profiles tab in Template backend.

Thank you

Please re-read my last post. Your reply does not address the issue: Why do I see one profile (the light blue) on my computer, but when I check my site on other computers, a different profile (a black background, which I think is part of the blue-orange profile) on other computers? I have re-installed the blue-orange profile twice as recommended, but it does not correct the problem I have.

Can someone tell me why different profiles are displayed on different computers??? I have cleared the caches of all, and that does not solve the problem.
