February 12, 2014 at 2:49 pm #194728Hello,
we are not quite sure what happened but we lost informations in the Job manager section of JA Job Board (backend) : city and employer name (we see a number instead of the name).
Is there a quick way to retrieve those informations ?
Thanks in advance

February 27, 2014 at 3:03 pm #524633Hello HeR0,
This problem may be caused by us migrating our site on another server or when we rebuild the db after adding a field in the job profile.
We found out that when we save the job, we can see the informations are back. We had to open and save more than 2000 jobs so we could see the informations, because our client needed to see them.
But it took a long time and we would like for you to fix this problem, because if we need to migrate the site again or rebuild the db in the future we wouldn’t like to have to do this again.
Thanks

March 27, 2014 at 10:32 am #528339Have you sorted it out? I just checked your site, on Job listing page in JA Jobboard back-end, I see the data on Employer column displays properly now.

March 27, 2014 at 6:10 pm #528380Hello Dead Code,
I had to save every job one by one because the client wanted the issue fixed.
What i would like to know is : Will i have this problem every time i change the form and rebuild db ?
Or : How can i save all jobs at once ?
Thanks

I am sorry about this.

Normally, it should work properly when you update the form and rebuild database, but you need to make sure that you have selected correct type for form fields.
Next time, if you face this issue again, please let me know, I will help you out.
