Hi

I lost my site by trying to upload JA university, through extensions upload in joomla
Its giving strange errors when I try to login to joomla admn and my website
Initially it was also showing some frontend seo error, though I did not install any extension or changed anything except uploading JA university

I am clue less how to upload JA university on existing site, even if it comes back as its not uploading through extension upload like JA purity.

Need clear guidance

Recently bought yesterday and do not have good first impression

It’s sad to hear you’ve trouble with our template. I try to access your site: http://canglobaleducation.com/ but I’m noticed with this error message: http://prntscr.com/4wls0s

Something wrong happens with your site on your server / hosting. Could you please contact them to get it back again?

Then PM me admin and ftp credentials of your site, I will try to check problem with JA University template for you.

Hi Saguaros,
I guess you work in different time zones and getting help is getting difficult .I also got email from Adam of your team but its not helping.
Out of frustration, I re installed joomla
able to load ja university template with plugins and modules
However,there is no sample data
It looks weird and I do not know where to start with

I have also emailed same to Adam from your technical support team

Could help me install sample data so that website looks similar to Ja university without images

I bought the membership 2 days back only and unfortunately will have to cancel and upload previous backup if it does not work

Pls help resolve soon

Hi Sushil,

In download section of this JA University template, you will see that there are package for template and for quickstart installation. If you want to have sample data as our demo site, you need to install the quickstart package.

However, installing quickstart package is the same process of installing a Joomla package, you can’t install it via backend like installing template package.
