I’m in need of help with getting back the style after upgrading to the latest version of JA Builder. I had the same issue before after upgrading the previous version.
The issue was resolved in this thread here thanks to "Pankaj Sharma" (Please help!) : https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/issues-after-1-0-9-upgrade/
I made the mistake of allowing a developer to access the site to make updates who in turn updated JA Builder to 1.1 Now I have the same issue. My developer was not competent in using JA Builder and couldn’t resolve the issue. He seemed to have made things worse. He also made changes on the old developer site and screwed up the layout (but not the style it seems).
I should’ve came straight to you guys. What started out as 2 minor updates has now set me back.
I need help big time….

October 5, 2017 at 12:04 am #1065949Hi Again,
You have custom work in the template.css files and in the index.php file,
To get the custom changes back i suggest you to restore the site backup or compare your site index.php file and template.css file with older site files and apply the custom changes again. Also, i suggest you to take backup of custom changes you applied before updating builder, As the new updates will override the files and you have fresh files of the builder.
Regards
