Was creating the structure of a project and when refresh the page, I came across the situation that it was not bringing the CSS functions.
I joined little time in the Joomla Art, and I am full of doubts. I have created other projects where components / modules do not update.
Another situation that I encountered was that when using the quickstart, it does not install the project as Demo, especially in relation to articles.
Initially, we must address the issue of CSS.
