    I see from the forum hits that Teline III appears to be the most popular template of JA.

    Why is it then that it’s main advantage of automagically creating a magazine menu structure is so broken. It seems you need to be a hacker to get what you want >:(

    Developers are always iterating as they design. Today I needed to change a couple of magazine menu category items from section-blog type to url type. I could add new menu items as url, but no way could I delete the section-blogs, they just reappeared.

    I trawled the forum and found some pointers on disabling/re-enabling JAZin plugin (the extension responsible for this).

    Here is what I find amazing:
    * I disabled JAZin
    * I deleted my section-blog menu items in the magazine menu
    * I then went to menu trash and Deleted them for good measure
    * I enabled JAZin
    * Checked my magazine menu and they are back!!

    The only advice that worked was to unpublish menu you don’t want. But this is a poor excuse.

    When will this be fixed??? Instead of giving Teleine III a 10/10 it sits at a 5/10 in my estimation.

    Hoping for helpful answers.

    Hi midsomer

    As soon as you reenable the Jazin, then it will automatically recreate menus according to your sections and categories.

    Best thing is just to keep it disabled, which is what I do! Then I have complete control over my magazine menu!

    Hi questbg

    Thanks for that tip.

    I thought the auto-creation of the menu was a great feature of Teline III. Pity a lot of people can’t use it.
