    As I can see in your forums, your Joomla club members receive active support and they are, as a rule, satisfied.
    So, why Magento club members don’t receive the same attention?
    Why do we have to wait months to get minor issues attended nor even solved?
    Your designs are great, but a club membership is more than a download page, you must support your customers to solve their questions and of course you must solve your own code bugs.
    Why is Joomlart Magento club so unattended?
    800$ / year membership is not enough?

    Hi Migue,

    We apologize if you have felt this way. I can assure you that, this is not the case. We have dedicated separate support staff for Magento or Drupal.
    Currently the support time / reply is within 24 hrs, however, if you are issues which have not been attended to, i shall get them attended the first thing in the morning.

    Please provide me the thread link or ticket ID.

    As suggested by Arvind, please raise a ticket in the ticket system for urgent problems.

    The forums are great but many of the supporters and users on here are not familiar with Magento. As the user base increases I am sure that will change. With Joomla other members often help with a great community spirit. Hopefully the Magento community will grow to the same extent. It is a great system even if it is limited to retail, another reason why the Joomla community will always be larger.

    I wish you every success with your project. Please showcase it when you are up and running.
