    Hello,

    I just renewed my Magento Developer Membership due client requests but I haven´t received any mail from JoomlArt, whats wrong?

    Hello guys, I just renewed my Magento Developer Membership & purchased a Joomla! Developer Membership with your 4th of July Sale (excellent offer) but I didn´t get any confirmation email & I can´t download any Joomla! templates, also I can´t see the payments in the payment history, can you tell me if I did anything wrong or is this normal?

    Hi

    Please allow some time to the system to process the payment and set the environment for your membership

    due to different time zone Joomlart’s office are closed now so it’s impossible to verify for technical staff guys

    If you are still having problems please open a ticket from HERE
