I want to have a menu on Magz II like Teline V (with sub-menu classified like Teline).
How can I do please ?

Hi
Both the template are different in the style.
If you want the same effect you have to custom work in the PHP and style files. also some modification in the js script.
You have applied the mega menu setting same like in the JA Teline V. For the style, I suggest you to use inspect element or firebug from the browser to check the style classes and then apply it on the JA Magz megamenu classes, This will take time to check and apply the testings for the style views.
I wish i can do this for you but this is something that needs to define a new style and time consuming a lot, such personal custom work is out of support scope.

If you are not familiar with the work I suggest you hire a developer for this tasks.
