I used non-responsive version. In small size, maim menu was disappears. How i can fixed in?

Did u enable the collapse navigation option from the template options ?
Go to template options and enable the collapse navigation for small screen save and check.

I did it before, menu doesn’t workt. It’s working if "Development Mode" enable, but template looks incorrect.

Kindly take full backup of site and then compile Less to css from template options .
It seems the css are not complete on your site .Or if there is no customization in css file , you can replace the /css folder with fresh package folder .
Do not forget to take backup of site before applying changes .
Also if it does not work , kindly share the site super user details via private reply . So that i can check it on your site .
