Is there a maximum height to the main body ,if so how van I increase it (Css?)

When the main body area is vey full the bottom modules (user 1 , user 2 and top) move to the right . this looks bad .
When I navigate to another page where the main body is not as full the module positions revert to the bottom again

I really wouldn’t think this is the case as there normally aren’t any restrictions as to height in main body. Please let us have a live URL to see the problem better. Ciao
