Great template, I really love this one a lot.

On the demo, the main menu at the top the menu options have small text under the Menu name.

Example:
TYPOGRAPHY
content is king

Don’t be surprised

How can I inset text like ‘Don’t be surprised’ into the menu.

when you install a quick start package, go to Menus -> main menu, you will see this structure:
