March 3, 2016 at 10:47 pm #894508After updating JA News Featured from 2.5.3 to 2.6.1, the main menu of the site is broken.
Screenshot:
When the mouse hovers over any level 1 menu item (such as "World"), the generated level 2 menu bar is now below the existing level 2 menus of "Home", instead of covering them as expected.
Could you please fix it?
Thanks.Test site information in the following private reply.

March 4, 2016 at 8:38 am #894649Hi ceeyee,
Did you customise it? as I can see that it’s the same with our demo site: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_teline_iii

March 4, 2016 at 6:20 pm #894970Same bug exists on the latest version of Demo. It wasn’t like this in any versions of quickstart packages and demos since v1.6 in the past 4 years. It only broke after JA News Featured is updated to latest version.
In addition, if the mouse hovers over the tabs on the left to "HOME", it behaves even more inconsistently. Now it appears above the existing level 2 menu.
To see how it should work properly, you can simply disable JA News Featured, or go to any page where there’s no JA News Featured module (such as an article, or go to the "WORLD" page in demo).

March 7, 2016 at 9:30 am #895945It’s confirmed to be an issue with v.2.6.1, I’ve also passed to the team for further checking, you can track its progress here: http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCTELINEIIIJ16-210
In the mean time, try to install version 2.5.9 and update to latest version later after we update the fix.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.

How to install 2.5.9? Where can I find the installation file?
Should I uninstall 2.6.1 first?Thanks.

March 8, 2016 at 7:26 am #896434If you didn’t customise this module for v2.6.1, you just install v2.5.9 into your site. It’ll be fine.

March 8, 2016 at 7:44 am #896459Can I just roll back to 2.5.3 in JA Extension Manager, then update to 2.5.9 within the Extension Manager (so that I don’t need to manually download and install the 2.5.9 file)?

March 9, 2016 at 9:05 am #897074Hi
You can update the version 2.6.1 again and try with this tweak:
- Rename remove file: ROOT/modules/mod_janews_featured/assets/style.css
- Go to file: ROOT/modules/mod_janews_featured/tmpl/telineiii/style.css
Add this declaration to the end of file:
/*Show hide article */ .telineiii .ja-zincontent .active{ display:block!important; } .telineiii .ja-zincontent .hide { display: none; }
Once done, remember to clean JAT3 cache.

March 9, 2016 at 8:05 pm #897547What does "Rename remove" mean?
Do you mean rename (to what?) or remove? Thanks.
